Mark it on your calendar - Oct 4th and 5th -- LJSC Fun Day 2008.

The LJSC annual Fun Day tournament is scheduled for Oct 4th (U-8s) and 5th (U10s).  Applications, rules and general information will be made available in August 2008.  Please check back with us in August for all the details.

Fun Day weekend is for Recreational soccer teams only.  No Competition teams or players rostered on those teams may participate. (See Rule 5.)

• Every player receives an award.
• Girls’ teams are encouraged.
• Co-ed teams are welcome and may be scheduled to play same-gender teams.
• Each team plays three 30 minute games with one 30 minute break.
• U8 games are 4 v 4 (no goalies) with a maximum roster size of 10
• U10 games are 7 v 7 with a with a maximum roster size of 14.
• U8 games will be played on half fields with pug goals.
• U10 games will be played on small sided fields.
• No scores or standings are kept.
