Registration for the Fall 2008 season will begin in April 1st and ended May 31st. The Registration forms are posted on the far right along with the 2008 fee schedule.   Registration sessions are scheduled for 2 weekends in May, the 3rd and the 10th, at the Community Center and at the Memorial Day Parade on May 24th.

LJSC will also have online Registration this year.  If you choose to use this method of registering you will still need to mail in Medical Release forms and payment.

A Medical Release form must be filled out every year for each child being registered.  A birth certificate (a copy will do) must be provided when a child is being registered with LJSC for the first time.

Please remember a player is not considered registered if a copy of his/her Birth Certificate and Medical Release form is not on file with LJSC.

• $20.00 for Kindergarten (Ages 4 -5)
• $35.00 for U-8 players
• $60.00 for U-10/12/14 players
• $6.00 for Summer League  
• $10 Late Fee for players registered after May 31st
• $4.00 Insurance Fee for Competitive Team players (CJSC imposed cost)
• $20.00 for players not selling candy
• Families with 3+ players pay for the oldest 2 only

Note --- a $10 late fee is charged for any registration postmarked after June 30th.

For those who do not wish to participate in the candy fundraiser, the buy out is $20.
